Once we enrol your pet on the plan, you will receive an e-mail with the terms and conditions. Please read and sign to active your plan. You will also receive an e-mail with a payment link for the first month. These e-mails will be sent during our office hours – keep an eye on your inbox and junk mail folders.
Please remember, if we have not seen your pet we cannot dispense any prescription medication without first examining your pet.
