  • Our professional liability insurance requires us to store client records for seven years (this excludes bank account details)

  • We will use trusted third parties to fulfil our obligations to provide veterinary care and complete transactions – by registering with us you agree that personal information you provide will be held on ProVet Cloud under the lawful basis of a contract.
  • We will never provide third party access to our databases
  • We will inform users within 72 hours of any breach of security which may compromise your data
